- Minimum Stay Requirements:
* Low season : 3 nights
* High season : 3 nights
* Peak season : 3 nights
- Last minute bookings 14 days prior to bookings subject to availability contact owners for pricing.
- Villa sleeps 10 people but can accommodate up to 16 on 1 double bed and 2 fold out divan beds.
- Rates above are for 10 people including breakfast and transfers.
Addition Charges:
- $25 per child and $35 per adult will be charged per night for each guest over the first 10 guests to cover breakfast, laundry and transfers.
- Children under 3 years stay for free.
- Children 4-14 years $25 per night
- Adults 15+ $35 per night
